With my flat roof, I needed a company with the expertise and licensing to do TPO. I waited for some rain before making this review and there were no leaks. This company is very professional, well organized, conscientious, timely and the cost is reasonable. Their customer service was superb and I will definitely be calling them to do more work in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jovani and his team at Essential Peak Roofing, and the experience was outstanding. A small section of my eave was damaged and needed replacement. Jovani took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and provided a detailed, accurate quote within just a few hours. I had several questions, and his responses were prompt, clear, and professional.

Oscar performed the repair work, and the quality and attention to detail were impressive. After reviewing the completed job, I was very satisfied—every damaged area was replaced, the roof tiles were reinstalled cleanly and securely, and the fascia board fit perfectly from end to end. The gutter was also reinstalled with a stronger, more reliable support system.

I was truly impressed by Jovani’s professionalism and the consistent quality demonstrated by his team. I will definitely look forward to working with Essential Peak Roofing again in the future.

Highly recommended. Called on Christmas Eve at 1:30 p.m. for a leak in our roof over our kitchen. They came right out that moment and arrived about 2:15 p.m. very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took pictures for reference. Brought extra shingles and fixed it as soon as he inspected. It rained hard the night before and during the morning, stopped in the afternoon, and as soon as the gentleman made the repairs and departed, we had lightning, thunder and a downpour. Reasonable charge compared to three other places that I called, that didn't even answer the phone and would have been twice as much. Work was guaranteed and if we have any more problems I will certainly be given them a call. Very pleased with the whole experience.
